"Depression can be Fun (Depress-Depressan Drama)"

Much of the time, we dare not admit or tell anyone that we are depressed or think that we are depressed because of the stigma some people and society still attach to Depression. Fear of rejection by friends, family, loved ones, employers all serve to keep us in denial or suffering in silence.

If your partner or your boss or your friends reject you, were they really right for you and the life you want and need anyway and were they a contributing factor to your problems in the first place?  Hard as it may seem, try to remember that everything happens for a reason.  Tough times have a funny way of leaving you with the best people and things in your life.

Yes... I am depressed.

Not least, Churchill, who described his Depression as his “Black Dog”. Mahatma Ghandi was a sufferer.

And present day icons Stephen Fry, Robbie Williams, Caroline Aherne, Lulu Guinness and many more, all revered and loved greatly by the general public and their peers and no less so because of their openness about their Depression.

Sabi nga nila, "Tawanan mo ang iyong problema" (Some said, Just laugh at your problems or you're going to sink down the rock bottom!!!) Often times weak people commits suicide because they can't take life's struggles and test. SAD.So what do usually do when you get depressed?

            Suicide?

In my case, I won't do that. I don't want to be the most ugliest corpse on Planet earth. People will talk on my wake like "He looks better in his Facebook account. Ugh! What happened to him? He looks like a dried sardines or he looks like a DUGYOT (filth).

                  Me? Dugyot? Ayoko!

Wrist cutting? Done that before. At ayoko na magka peklat! "Ganda ganda kaya ng balat ko eh. Pang display sa window ng shopping mall!" Drowning? "Ayoko mamatay na parang isda, minarinate sa asin at buburuhin." Suffocation? Jumping the Height "Dude, auko din magmukhang daga pagdating sa baba. I'm not Ruslana Korshunova, the Russian  Model (But I want to LOL!)......Firearms "Ayoko sumabog mukha ko... eto lang puhunan ko kaya!"

Ruslana Sergeyevna Korshunova (Russian: Руслана Сергеевна Коршунова; July 2, 1987 – June 28, 2008) was a Kazakh model of Russian descent. After establishing herself as a rising figure in the fashion industry by posing for magazines like Vogue and designers such as Vera Wang and Nina Ricci. Korshunova's death, which was ruled a suicide, became a longtime controversial subject of international attention

On June 28, 2008 at around 2:30 p.m., Korshunova died after falling from the ninth-floor balcony of her apartment at 130 Water Street in Manhattan's Financial District. Police stated there were no signs of a struggle in her apartment and concluded that Korshunova's death was an apparent suicide, although no suicide note was found. Speculations exist that her death was in fact a murder committed by individuals operating a ring where models are coerced into prostitution for wealthy individuals

                                       QUOTED:

"As the saying goes, I want to be
   the best-looking corpse there is."

These are the cause of my depressions:

Not easy. Will be paying alot
         BILLS!
In this economy more and more people and families are having difficulties making ends meet. The worse off are very close to poverty and need desperately to find some help.

Many of these struggling families are unaware of all the sources of potential additional income available to them.

Not easy. It jiggles.
                              FAT
Losing stomach fat isn’t an easy task; the majority of people who set out to lose belly fat never reach their goal.Either they quit too quickly or they start gaining the weight again soon after they lost it.

Stomach Fat is easier to get than to loose, meaning the sooner you stop eating all those sugary, greasy, unhealthy foods the better!

Why are you teasing me?

TAKING WORST PHOTOS

Taking pictures in your bad angle and people will say: "He looks different" "He's fat" "What? Are you kidding me?" "He's good looking in his photos, but in person, he sucks!"
